Colour worked well initially and I liked the fact that it is more natural than most other products out there. The colour however faded so quickly on me after two weeks I am almost back to being white haired with a a very light tinge of blonde. I did only use the light blonde as I was being cautious and I appreciate that I do wash my hair every day (otherwise I would look like I had been dragged through a hedge backwards), so I am presuming that this has had quite some impact on it.
Dear Jane, I’ve replied on FB too, I’d love you to have a chat with the salon team on this. All permanent hair colours fade but you shouldn’t feel that it’s washed out completely. Love the gentle product. My hair soft and shiny. It leaves a great highlighted effect rather than a block colour.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the colour is not quite right to for me. It was hard to tell from advert switches

Not really copper blond more brown/blond, did not cover grey despite putting a lot of the colour on there as instructed.
Very disappointed in the condition. of my hair after the colour, very dry and dull dont think i would use again.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve not had a good result, this can be for a few reasons like clarifying, sometimes the team will wash 2/3 times before applying. This colour was very easy to use, and lovely not having any ‘chemical’ smells. Im very pleased with the result, which seems to be lasting well. I really liked not having loads of plastic containers afterwards- and much prefer using my own conditioner after colouring anyway! Will be reordering.
