If you are having colour with us, it helps if you have washed your hair before you come, but please don’t use 2-in-1 products or conditioners.

Brush your hair in advance if you are sensitive knots. You should avoid high-necked tops and dangly earrings, but please feel free to bring ear buds if you’re sensitive to noise. 

When you arrive at the salon, we may all be with clients already, but we’ll give you a wave and say hello. We have a lovely bench inside the salon next to our front window. If you could please take a seat there, we’ll be with you as soon as possible.

It can sometimes be a little loud in the salon with the hairdryers, but we like to keep music and talking at a relaxed level.When we come to take you to the hairdresser chair, we’ll hang your coat and ask you to pop on a protective gown.

We will offer you a range of complimentary teas, coffee or water, but you are also welcome to bring in your own if you prefer.You’re welcome to use your mobile, tablet or computer if you wish, we have free WIFI for our customers.

Some customers like to tip, but it is not expected and is completely at your discretion.
